Computing Support Staff
ECE computing support staff are divided up into two groups. Departmental Computing handles ECE's non-research computing needs. Research Computing is made up of staff hired on research budgets to support specific faculty and labs.
If you need assistance with your ECE computer account or password, have trouble with the computer network, can't access your email, or have questions regarding the ECE Web site, we are the people you need to contact.
We also handle all issues regarding computer hardware and software in all student computing labs and on department-purchased faculty/staff computers, as well as the setup of new computer equipment throughout the department.
All help requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. This guarantees your request will get routed to the staffer best suited to help with your issue as quickly as possible.
If for some reason you can't use the help request form, you can come talk to one of us. We are located in rooms 307E, 307F, 307G, and 307H of the ECE building. You should generally be able to find a computing staff member to help you between 7am-12pm and 1pm-5:30pm Monday through Friday.

The staff listed below are responsible for meeting the computing needs of specific research groups within our department. It is important to note that many research groups manage their own computers internally and do not have computing staff support.
