"Emerging Leaders in Multimedia" seminar series. Xiaodan is among eight students from top
universities selected by IBM to participate in the event.
The "Emerging Leaders in Multimedia" series is a one day event to be held on July 22 at the IBM T J Watson Research Center in Hawthorne, NY. The goal of the event is to have leading research students in multimedia to visit IBM, present their research, and interact with IBM researchers. Students were selected based on recommendations from IBM researchers, thesis advisors, and the students' publication records and research experience.
Xiaodan is working with Professor Ming-Ting Sun on her dissertation research.
