Graduate Student Linda Bai has been awarded an NSF Fellowship. Linda is the third EE graduate student to receive this prestigious award for 2010. Congratulations!

Alumnus Sudip Shekhar (PhD ’08) along with several colleagues from Intel Labs, and Professor Dave Allstot received the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society 2010 Darlington Award for best paper published in the IEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems.

Graduate student Patrick Aubin is the recipient of two awards; The Whitaker International Scholar Award, and a travel grant from the U.S. Student Fulbright Program.

Affiliate Professor Pavel Nikitin’s paper, “Phase based Spatial Identification of UHF RFID Tags” was named best paper at the IEEE RFID 2010 Conference in Orlando, Florida.
