Introduces radar remote sensing. Covers the fundamentals of radar systems, monostatic, bistatic, and passive topologies, radar equation, range-time diagram; ambiguity function, pulse compression, elementary estimation and detection theory, spectrum estimation for underspread and overspread targets; interferometry, source imaging; and Aperture Synthesis (SAR and ISAR)​
