Pyayt Wins Nanotechnology UIF Award


First year EE graduate student Anna Pyayt has been awarded the Nanotechnology UIF Graduate Research award for 2004-05 for her research titled "Novel wavelength selective switch based on new electro-optical materials and nano-fabrication technique". The award includes a graduate stipend, tuition, and benefits, as well as a research allowance for travel or materials and supplies.

For this past year Anna has also held the EE Innovator Fellowship. Additionally, let us not forget her thorough dominance at the IACU Regional Table Tennis tournament.
