EE 540 - VLSI Testing
Course Description: VLSI testing and design-for-test techniques, covering digital systems, mixed analog-digital systems, integrated sensor systems, and radio-frequency systems. New materials in 2013 include security analysis and design-for-security for hardware systems, both digital and mixed-signal. The course project will focus on hardware security.
