Allstot receives 2008 SIA University Researcher Award

Professor David Allstot has been selected as the recipient of the 2008 SIA University Researcher Award by the SRC (Semiconductor Research Corporation). This award is made in recognition of his many career contributions to semiconductor technology.

We would like to congratulate Dave on this well-deserved honor!
