Two UW EE Papers in Proceedings of IEEE
Proceedings of the IEEE has a special issue out this September on RFID technology. This is the first time that this prestigious journal devotes the whole issue to RFID, and two papers have authors from our department!
The first paper titled, "RFID: From Supply Chains to Sensor Nets," was written by Sumit Roy, Vikram Jandhyala, Joshua Smith, David Wetherall, Brian Otis, Ritochit Chakraborty, Michael Buettner, Daniel Yeager, You-Chang Ko, and Alanson Sample.
The second paper titled, "Long Range Passive UHF RFID System using HVAC Ducts," was written by Pavel Nikitin, Darmindra Arumugam, Matthew Chabalko, Benjamin Henty, and Daniel Stancil.
