Bowen Cheng awarded 'Best Paper'
EE Ph.D. student Bowen Cheng has been honored with the "Best Paper of the Symposium" award at the 42nd International Symposium on Microelectronics, held in San Jose, California last year (the award was made this year). His paper, titled "Microspring Characterization and Flip Chip Assembly Reliability", was chosen out of 150 total candidates.
Bowen is currently visiting the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). His faculty advisor is Karl Böhringer.
