Alumnus Pamela Bhatti Receives the NSF CAREER Award
UW EE Alumnus Pamela Bhatti received the NSF CAREER Award
to develop a MEMS-based biomimetic angular rotation sensor and vestibular prosthesis. Bhatti received her MS degree from the EE department in 1993 (Biorobotics Lab). After gaining some experience working in industry, she later obtained her PhD from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Bhatti has been Assistant Professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology since 2007. Congratulations to Pamela, we are very proud of our alumni!
