Shwetak talks with Secretary Chu
Last week, Shwetak Patel was recognized during the UW vs Arizona football game as the University of Washington’s newest MacArthur Foundation “Genius Award” winner. Then, on Monday, Shwetak met with U.S. Secretary of Energy Steven Chu in Washington D.C., where he demonstrated his ElectriSense and HydroSense sustainability sensing technology.
