Open House for the Raven II Surgical Robotics Platform

The UW Biorobotics Lab, in collaboration with the Human Bionics Lab at U.C. Santa Cruz wishes to introduce you to the eight surgical robots built under the Raven II project. These robots will be located at collaborative labs to foster more rapid development of surgical robotics technology through a common research platform. The seven Raven II labs are:
- Harvard University (Prof. Rob Howe)
- Johns Hopkins University (Prof. Greg Hager)
- University of Nebraska (Prof. Shane Farritor)
- UCLA (Prof. Warren Grundfest)
- U.C. Berkeley (Prof. Pieter Abbeel and Prof. Ken Goldberg)
- U.C. Santa Cruz (Prof. Jacob Rosen) Co-PI
- UW: Biorobotics Lab and Medical School ISIS center
The Open House is your chance to check them out and see them working before we ship them out by the end of January 2012. We hope to see you there!
