I'm currently working at Qualcomm, San Diego and living with my wife and 1 year old kid. We just love the city, its sun and amazing landscape but still somehow cannot get over our Seattle hangover even after a year. Of all the things I miss after graduating, (in no particular order), Seattle rain, my friends, my lab & labmates, long nights & tapeouts in lab, talking to EE faculties in corridors, and last but no way least working with Brian. The things that I learned while in Seattle is helping me shape my present and future.

I am spending the six weeks directly after graduation in Kolkata, India. I led a team of four computer scientists and engineers to develop the flash game Hello Worlds! which is playable on Kongregate. In about two weeks, over 1 million people played our game online at three of the eight websites that have a licensed copy of the game.

I would like to thank my power Professors (Damborg, Christie, El-Sharkawi) for teaching me the importance of group work and process thinking for problem solving. I started my career with Oxy in January 2012 where my primary job responsibility is to manage capital projects related to the electrical distribution system for my company's operations.
My education has instilled the technical knowledge of power systems which I encounter everyday from transmission lines, to substations, to electronic relays, to motor control centers, to motor drives. Thanks for a great time UWEE!

To finish at the UW is a great honor for me. I was very proud to get into the UW after my third application! I guess the reviewer got fed up of me and realized that I am not going to stop until I get in. Wow, I can't believe that after working part time while going to UW for three years, I'm done. In writing this note for graduation information, the hardships and pain I've been through seems nothing and forgettable. It wasn't the obstacles I remembered but the triumphs, and once again I triumph!
With all the hype in green energy going in the electrical engineering field, I can say that I'm coming out of school as a tree-hugger. Having my BSEE degree, I know I'm equipped to implement my hopes and ambitions in the power industry. Big thanks to UW!

I have been working in the Flight Test Instrumentation group as a flight test engineer at the Boeing Company for seven years. My job responsibilities include the design and selection of the transducer and equipment installations for use in different airplane test programs; functional checks on all the equipments, transducers installed and wiring connections and troubleshooting instrumentation problems for flight tests; monitoring data and recording systems before and during flight testing.
The PMP helped increase my background knowledge about some of the problems I have encountered (e.g. signal processing, electromagnetic interferences, computer and communication networks) during my professional career. It also provided the methodology and trend of research in the field of electrical engineering. All in all, the course offerings were thought provoking and inspiring for my work and research.
